Exam Coordinators:- (1 from each District)
Selection criteria:
- He/She should have 1 or 2 year working experience in Nanasala/Telecentre
- Proactive, self-driven, leadership ability, NGO, Charity experience
- Outgoing personality (interview)
- Excellent Communication skills + PR skills (Interview)
- Should be living in the same area
- Exposure to Internet
- Entrepreneurship
Duties:
- He/she should be coordinated with each & every Nanasala/Telecentre in their District for the registration of the exam – that should be finished, two months(8 weeks) before the exam
- Arranging a proper hall for the exam
- Nominating examiners
- Should provide assistance to examiner in bringing & handing over of the exam papers
Paper Marking Staff:- 10 members
Selection criteria:
- Should have a fair knowledge of IT with minimum 2 years experience in IT sector as a lecture
- Nenasla/TC IT lectures or retired officers who has fair knowledge of IT are eligible to apply
- Should have spare time of 09 days per year for paper marking
- Marking Examination papers according to the answer paper
- Giving grades according to the marks
- They should spend 03 days per one exam & 09 days per year (Depend on the students who sit for exam )
Examiners:- 25 Examiners (Nominated by the Exam Coordinator & selected by the Fusion )
Selection criteria:
- He/She should be a school Principle in the same area(retired Principles are eligible to apply)
- Should have a fair IT knowledge
Duties:
- He/She should examine the students & the hall
- Examiner should be the responsible for obtaining & handing over exam papers for/to Fusion
- Examiner should be responsible for attending to miner problems that may arise in respect of exam
papers/students & exam hall etc.
- Should spend 3 hours (3 hours per Theory) per exam. 9 hours per year(weekends)
